Sales Automation Consultant

What you'll be doing
- Manage application roll-out, development, testing and maintenance. Responsible for coordination, expectations and case management with innovation, marketing operations and sales operations teams. Responsible for coordination with engagement consultants, learning team and tier 1 support for communication, training and support. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of system and support documentation-processes, procedures, and user documentation. Ensure that all solutions are aligned to the sales automation objectives. Provide ongoing clarifications to counterparts in sales solutions groups on business requirements. Develop and enhance strategic business partnerships by building trust with all business partners (sales solutions, electronic order management, sales tool support, lead generation, and enterprise applications.
What your background should be
- Must have 5 or more years experience in working with sales and marketing solutions. Strong team leadership and ability to delegate responsibility to all levels of the project team and hold team accountable for deliverables. Strong track record of success working with a full spectrum of tools needed to design solutions. Strong business analysis skills with demonstrated ability to document complete, concise, and accurate business requirements to meet strategic objectives.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree.
