What you'll be doing
- Responsible for executing securities transactions as received from internal and external customers. Provide market information, places orders, and answers questions for customers without assistance from manager or senior team members. Monitor trades nationally, analyze accounts to determine changes and facilitates change. Verify client stock options, electronically or verbally, execute transactions, report trade, set up instructions to receive in shares, arrange for payment of taxes, option cost and net proceeds. Sales calls to present services, working with client to establish the best approach for the trade executions, arranging for fed wires, delivering securities and working with client to ensure trade is executed to client's satisfaction. Support special projects regarding fees and client sell outs and retail client services. Act as an escalation point for the unit and ring all complaints/issues to formal resolution within department standards.
What your background should be
- The incumbent should have experience in related field. Travel is not required of this position. Must have good communication skills. Basic computer skills. Advanced in Microsoft suits like Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Multitasking ability must.
