What you'll be doing

Facilitate training for the sales and platinum organizations. Lead or participate in project teams to define or implement full-cycle training programs from the initial needs-assessment, through design and development, to facilitation and ongoing evaluation. Work with management to ensure training programs are effective and that material covered is up-to-date, accurate, compliant and relevant for business needs. Act as an integrated and valued business partner to businesses served, particularly the sales organization, and manage learning and performance needs of business units. Facilitate both classroom style and web-based synchronous training for the retail organization. Create training content such as presentations, facilitator and participant guides, and job aids through Microsoft PowerPoint, Publisher, Word, and Articulate. Stay abreast of market events, investment product enhancements, and successful sales techniques in order to be up-to-speed on potential training topics. Assist in new hire training program to coach new hires in class and on the phones, including coaching, skill development and application of subject matter.

What your background should be

At least 4+ years of stand up training experience or relevant training experience is required. Large-group presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to build cross-functional relationships and teams to define learning and performance goals that will result in high quality training. Instructional design skills to create or update curriculum. Knowledge of adult learning principles. Consultative selling skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree.
