What you'll be doing
- For the Restaurant Manager areas of responsibility involve Restaurants/Bars and Room Service, if applicable. Restaurant Manager will execute day-to-day restaurant operations and support with menu planning, maintain sanitation standards and assist servers and host on the floor during peak meal periods. The successful candidate is expected to strive to continually improve guest and worker satisfaction and increase the financial performance in areas of responsibility. The person will identify training needed to accomplish objectives, then implement plan. To determine the developmental needs of others and coaches, mentor, or otherwise assist others to improve their knowledge or skills, is the duty of the Restaurant Manager.

- High school diploma/GED
