What you'll be doing
- The Restaurant Manager offers leadership and assistance to the general manager to make sure that all staff members are guest-focused, team-focused, and community connected. This Restaurant Manager will supervise staff resources, promote and coach team members and assist to build sales and profit while establishing operating standards. The selected candidate will be liable for managing food quality, safety, security, service and cleanliness standards. Restaurant Manager will compile with company policies and procedures and communicate all changes to team members.
