What you'll be doing

Ensure compliance with companies standards in all areas of operation. Provide the gold standard of service to the guests. Ensure team members follow proper safety practices. Oversee profit and loss by following cash control, maintaining inventory, reviewing financial reports, and taking corrective action when needed. Recruit, interview, and hire outstanding team members. Conduct performance appraisals and handle company progressive discipline program as needed. Motivate and train team members. Assist in scheduling team members. Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction. Act as general manager as needed.

What your background should be

Have 2 years food service, retail, or hospitality experience in a management role. Able to multitask. Posses organization skills. Have the desire to grow within organization. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends. Hold a valid driving license. Possess strong leadership skills. Thrive in a diverse environment. Have a positive and upbeat attitude.
