What you'll be doing
- Develop new customer prospects and business for republic bank utilizing the business solutions suite of products. Responsible for sales, documentation, training and installation of the business solutions full suite of products, including e-deposit, merchant services, lock box, PayPlus online and other services. Build rapport with frontline and RMS to establish a steady source of referrals. Provide troubleshooting and support for all business solutions products and services including but not limited to wires and ach, scanners, terminals and other devices. Present product demonstrations to potential prospects. Coordinate support at client site as needed. Proactively follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Work directly with RMS and attends sales meetings as needed. Make retention and business development calls on existing and potential new clients. Document calls and make weekly call reports to supervisor. Responsible for assigned overall growth goals for deposit totals. Represent republic in various civic and community functions to enhance its image and develop new business. Promote favorable image of republic in all business activities within the community. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- Minimum 1 year of treasury management services experience required. Extensive knowledge of deposit products and services. Superior written and verbal communication skills. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Professional interpersonal skills. Work well independently and in a team support role. Strong time management skills, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Ability to maintain high level of discretion and confidentiality.
