What you'll be doing
- Process service requests from client teams and create for bid request and approvals. Manage service pipeline to ensure quality, timeliness and value. Reference & navigate service guidelines to ensure appropriate services are requested and performed. Build & maintain new & existing supplier relationships through continued negotiations. Manage and negotiate repair scopes. Set up draws, expedited payments and assist in billing issue. Oversee repairs in progress until job completion. Assist Vendors and corroborate efforts to aid in large renovation repair scopes. Perform other duties to support and assist client teams when needed. Resolve escalated issues from client teams
What your background should be
- 1-2 years property claims experience, property preservation experience or construction knowledge. Basic computer software skills service.
Required Schooling / Training
- HS/GED required.
