What you'll be doing
- The incumbent will be responsible for sale of company fleet vehicles directly to dealers across the US as directed by the company remarketing organization. This is an inside sales position and will require extensive use of the telephone and web to make contacts and create orders. The ideal candidate will be web savvy and have a good understanding, and working knowledge of social marketing sites as well as telephone sales skills. Develop and manage dealer relationships. Manage and develop all direct sales opportunities in assigned areas. Ensure local pricing is aligned with strategic pricing goals. Coordinate activities with remarketing manager, fleet GM, and operations management at the region and local level. Develop and maintain alternative marketing plans using the internet to reach new dealer customers.
What your background should be
- At least 2-3+ years sales experience, remarketing experience preferred. Ability to identify immediate concerns providing quick, effective responses. Ability and eagerness to be intimately involved with the business and contribute to business success. Experience and ability to work efficiently in a global business culture and in an international matrix organization. Ability to work as a member of a team Skills: strong problem solving skills; strong communication and presentation skills; effectively interact with all levels of the organization. Computer literate. Strong sales and remarketing skills.
Required Schooling / Training
- 4 year college degree.
