What you'll be doing
- Provide timely and accurate telemarketing follow-up with EOT customers appropriate to the intent. Support the vehicle sales process by promoting active company dealer utilization and participation in the P360 program. Provide coordination of remarketing activities with company U.S. and Canadian dealerships. Utilize available tools to impact and attain specified auction avoidance goals. Analyze scheduled maturities for exposure to residual value loss and provide management with loss mitigation strategy recommendations. Provide account management through the preparation of termination worksheets. Maintain follow-up for the collection of excess wear & tear, mileage, termination and any other outstanding fees. Prepare account settlement worksheets upon receipt of all proceeds and outstanding fees and complete file closeout procedures.
What your background should be
- 2 plus years customer service experience, financial services preferred. Telemarketing experience. Proficiency with MS Office. Attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills
