What you'll be doing
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth, efficient, and professional operations within the assigned area/clinic and in accordance with all established company policies and procedures. Patient customer service is a primary responsibility for this position. Also this position is responsible for timely coordination (scheduling) of patients with appropriate therapy staff in compliance with established plan of care. Greet all patients and representatives of the company in a courteous and professional manner, including other company. Visit the site/clinic to foster a positive experience and impression for all involved. Keep medical records according to established company policies and procedures and within compliance with all applicable federal and state guidelines.
What your background should be
- The incumbent should have healthcare related experience. Excellent computer skills, excellent organizational and customer service skills. Proven ability to work well individually as well as within a team. Excellent communication skills. Ability to lift 20 pounds.
