What you'll be doing
- Responsible for organizing program services and support to facilitate an individuals recovery, including the individuals ability to make decisions about the individuals life and create opportunities for choice in the home, school or work, and community. Oversee the program and implementation of rehabilitation services. Employ and supervise appropriate staff to conduct rehabilitation services to client participating in the program. Provide orientation of new staff including coordinating 40 hours of training. Collect monthly staff invoices, review invoices for accuracy, and sign invoices before submitting to director or to billing. Review and sign clients daily contact notes/monthly progress notes and record in client tracking record. Educate direct service staff on how to provide rehabilitation services that correlate to the goals identified in the individuals IRP. Conduct staff meetings weekly for planning and assessment of staff developmentConduct on-site trainings and coordinate off-site trainings when necessary. Conduct intake/assessments/IRP development and face to face screenings with client. Enter authorizations/IRPs into value options. Assign case loads to staff. Conduct on-going assessment of staffs performance. Provide disciplinary procedures in accordance with the company.
What your background should be
- A full time licensed LGPC, LGSW, LCPC or LCSW-C with relevant work experience.
