Regional Vice President of Sales

What you'll be doing
- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company sales goals. Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal. Define optimal sales force structure. Oversee the hiring and development of a regional sales organization. Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets. Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting. Compile information and data related to prospect interactions. Monitor market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions. Travel for in-person meetings with prospects for team and to develop key relationships. Implement and manage a consistently-applied sales process. Lead and coach a team of hunters that consistently meets objectives. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.
What your background should be
- The candidate should have experience in related field. Demonstrated success developing and coaching consistently performing software sales teams. Sales management in SaaS/ cloud environment. Growth company experience. Consistent success with repeatable sales process. Basic computer skills.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree.
