What you'll be doing

Provide consistent, outstanding customer service by anticipate and react to customer need. Process transaction accurately and efficiently. Support sales effort of company; actively participate in cross sell program and make referral as appropriate. Answer basic customer inquiry regarding interest rate, service charge and account history while comply with disclosure requirement, regulation and consumer privacy policy. Balance cash drawer and adhere to established cash limit. Open deposit account for customers. Adhere to requirement pertain to branch security, fraud prevention and BSA; identify counterfeit currency and monetary instrument. Adhere to applicable federal regulation and company policy and procedure.

What your background should be

1 to 2 years customer service experience preferred. Strong communications skills, both written and verbal; comfortable communicating with customers co workers and management. Problem solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft windows and Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and Outlook.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
