Regional Business Manager (Automotive Refinish)

What you'll be doing
- Ensure that business strategy is communicating and executing throughout the sales organization. Develop an annual strategic business plan for assigned region that is aligning to the overall ECR business strategy. Gather key market information to include company and competitive information, market intelligence, out of the box thinking and innovative ideas to provide to the business for inclusion in the strategy planning process. Manage financial budget in assigned region to include sales, credits, travel & expense and customer financing. Provide coaching to team to include leadership, talent management and career discussions. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of sales leadership experience, minimum 5 years of experience in managing a remote sales team. Minimum 5 years of experience developing and executing business plans. Experience in managing financials including P&L statements, expense control, forecasting, sales budgeting, etc. Experience managing market complexity through multiple stakeholders. Strong computer skills such as MS office, CRM, web browsers, etc.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree in a related field required, MBA is preferred.
