- The client company is currently looking for a recruiting manager. This successful candidate is responsible for managing the applicant experience by facilitating interview, the selection process, and onboarding. These include assisting with workforce planning and determining viable candidate sourcing options. Maintain an applicant tracking system. Uphold compliance with state and federal regulations and support company. Perform diversity initiatives such as an affirmative action plan. Satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
What your background should be
- Refined verbal and written communication skills. Professional presentation skills. Ability to multi-task and hold managers accountable for hiring managers. Prior human resources experience/hotel experience. Understanding of people brand process. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong public speaking abilities required.
