What you'll be doing

Assist recruiter with administrative recruiting duties.Provide various administrative and reception support functions while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Provide general administrative support to the department and assist in initial phase of the process for all candidates, including interview scheduling, prescreening, and moving through the appropriate workflow. Assist with timely and accurate completion of data into applicant tracking system. Develop productive relationships with internal clients to ensure successful end-to-end process. Special projects as assigned. Candidate communication/event planning. Serve as point of contact for candidates regarding any questions. Work with recruiting teams to confirm participants in preparation for all recruiting events. Assist with coordination of placements for full-time and summer hires. Maintain all candidate files.

What your background should be

HR experience a plus. Strong customer service skills, prior experience preferred. Strong follow-up skills and proven attention to detail. Proven written and oral communication skills. Able to adapt to change and work well in a fast-paced, high performance culture. Intermediate understanding and proficiency of microsoft office suite with particular emphasis on excel (pivot tables, vlookups), outlook and word. Strong PC skills, able to navigate all corporate web-based tools without close guidance.
