What your background should be
- A minimum two to four years of specific recruiting experience or related work experience in human resources equivalent work experience preferred. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), organizational skills, pc skills, and negotiation skills are required. Knowledge of employment law also a must. Knowledge of asset & wealth management businesses a plus.
Required Schooling / Training
- B.A. or B.S. degree is preferred.
