What you'll be doing

The recruiter will be managing the recruitment cycle from posting a job, defining and deploying a recruitment plan, sourcing and screening candidate resume, assessment, interviewing candidate and developing and extending formal offer of employment. The recruiter will establishing solid working relationship with the hiring manager as well as HR team member to ensure internal client needs are met. This person will possessing strong sourcing capability and have experience in recruiting up to the senior director level. This person will playing a key role in the continued growth of company team, brand awareness and overall culture.

What your background should be

Minimum 5 years of experience in high volume recruiting. Must have experience in using applicant tracking systems. MS Office proficiency with Excel and MS Word. Detail oriented and thorough with the ability to multi task and meet difficult timelines. Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent base of contracts, particularly in engineering, product and sales.

Required Schooling / Training

BS or BA or equivalent.
