What you'll be doing

The receiving manager responsible for ensure that customer service is the number one priority. Responsible for ensure that all incoming product receive and record per company standard on a daily basis. All discrepancy handle per company standard on a daily basis. All invoice process daily and send in to home office twice each week per company standard. Communication occur with other department manager and store staff as to what product come in, special order, discount, free fill and any other pertinent information; communicate with department manager about delivery status of load. Produce order receive per company standard in the absence of the produce manager or designated staff. Responsible for ensure that he/she and the department staff follow company policy, procedure and standard to ensure that the backroom remain secure.

What your background should be

1-2 years experience in retail and/or related receiving experience. Able to manage changing priorities. Possesses a sense of urgency in the completion of tasks. Possesses excellent customer service skills. Is highly organized with great attention to detail. Ability to stay focused with the task at hand. Ability to take direction and follow through. Must be forklift certified. Must be cashier trained. Proficient in MS word, excel and outlook.
