What you'll be doing
- Initiate sales and marketing activity, including phone call, email, online posting and face to face meeting, designed to identify and engage prospective new customer. Meet with potential buyer to determine the kind of property they desire. Offer list of property that fulfill the buyer need and resource. Direct the process of getting escrow company, lender, home inspector and pest control company to agree to the term and condition of purchase agreement before close date. Create official paper such as representation contract, purchase agreement, close statement, deed and lease. Help client with gauging mortgage option to guarantee the best rate and term. Direct and facilitate the use of advertise, open house and network to assist in the sell of property. Present purchase offer to seller.
What your background should be
- At least 18 years of age. Ability to provide outstanding customer service to clients. Administrative and clerical skills necessary to manage files and records. Must have basic computer knowledge. Must have excellent sales and marketing skills. Must possess outstanding communication skills, be able to handle several tasks at once and be a self starter. Understanding of percentages, finances and other basic math concepts.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school graduate.
