What you'll be doing
- Initiate sales and marketing activities, including phone calls, e-mails, online postings and face-to-face meetings, designed to identify and engage prospective new customers interview clients to seek the kinds of properties that meet their needs. Negotiate between buyers and sellers participate in open houses, advertising, and networking for sales purposes. Present purchase offers to sellers collaborate with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and pest control operators to agree to the terms and conditions of purchase agreements before closing dates. Assist clients in evaluation of mortgage options that best meet their needs. Prepare documents such as purchase agreements, representation contracts, leases, closing statements and deeds.
What your background should be
- Administrative and clerical skills required to manage files and records. Must possess excellent computer skills. Must be a self-starter, have great communication skills and be able to multi-task customer service skills required to meet the needs of clients through relationship building. Must be proficient at basic math skills. Sales and marketing skills are necessary for promoting, selling, and showing properties.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma.
