Quality & Training Field Manager

What you'll be doing
- Train unit franchisees how to operate their business company. Conduct new customer walk through with the unit franchisee. Conduct regular quality assurance visits with unit franchisee. Assist in all areas of accurate and timely data entries of customer and franchisee transactions. Assist customer service representative with support duties. Provide backup support for estimates to win new customers. Provide backup support on house cleaning to ensure customer needs are met. Meet or exceed monthly and annual financial goals: net new customers, cancels, breakage, franchise sales, customer billings, etc. Attend and participate in all staff meetings. Abide by all rules, regulations and policies contained in the employee handbook and manuals. Manage time and work independently, mostly in the field (80% or more) rather than in office. Maintain and produce accurate and timely reports, including timekeeping and customer information.
What your background should be
- 2-5 years of training or coaching and project management experience is preferred. Cleaning experience is strongly preferred. Clear, easy to understand oral communication ability; bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred but not required. Proven customer service skills, both in person and on phone. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, self-reliant, expressive, self-confident, friendly, spontaneous, and independent. Good organization skills. Ability to maintain and update all paperwork and customer materials: customer offer papers, communication logbooks, provided iPad, sales kit and cleaning kit. Valid driving license; this position will primarily use a company vehicle to complete job duties. Must be bondable (clear background check). Physically able to teach cleaning processes. Experience giving feedback to others.
