1-3 years of customer service experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to adapt in a fast pace changing environment. Enjoys working with customers on the phone. Passion for customer service and support. Excellent customer service skills required. Proficient in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft and related applications. Knowledge of the security or investigation industry is preferred but not required. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone and email. Ability to work independently to make decisions and solve problems. Propensity to stay calm and reasonable under pressure.
