What you'll be doing
- Responsible for offering leadership and direction to the company at assigned properties make sure about all support corporate mission and understand works in achieving establish objectives. Will propose good client service to residents. Property Manager will be accountable for preparing and submitting time sheet and payroll adjustment, reconsidering bids for contract work, and managing health and safety programs; involving training in fire safety; general emergency procedures; and in the use of emergency tools. In addition she/he will support with the development and implementation of resident services programming.
