What you'll be doing
- This individual will be responsible for offering high quality client service to residents, and managing financial tasks such as rent collections, invoice payments, analysis of operating statements. Property Manager will develop and implement the annual property budget and review the complete marketing program. It is the responsibility of the Property Manager to gather and analyze information on competition, corporations, and the economy. To prepare annual business plan; setting short-term and long-term objectives to obtain the aims of the business plan, is the function for this post.
