What you'll be doing
- The Property Manager will be liable for coordinating all facilities maintenance, including supervising local vendor relationships. This person will examine and coordinate projects at all company owned and leased buildings, with assigned locations across the country. The Property Manager will promote and maintain financial records for all related facilities activities. The ideal candidate will have the duty to handle vendor service contracts including building, janitorial, grounds keeping, trash removal, and other agreements. She/he will respond to requests and coordinating building and property repairs and services.
What your background should be
- 3 years of property management experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
