Project Program Management Consultant

What you'll be doing
- Provide pre sales and post sales consult to help customer conduct business with client companies research problem and deliver solution. Manage solution through implementation and sustainability. Drive process improvement to improve collaboration and customer experience. Assist in the creation of customer strategy. Facilitate report analysis and regular business review for customer. Own the customer experience for all product quality review and escalation. Manage and lead complex project or program, possibly several concurrently. Interact with multiple internal and external customer. Drive complex cross functional or segment project. Perform complex business process improvement (Six Sigma business excellence) analysis. Perform all other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Strong communication skills required (written and verbal). Strong organization, prioritization and planning skills. Self starter with ability to multi task in a dynamic environment (both tactical and strategic work streams relating to area of responsibility). Strong analytical skills and knowledge of statistics. Ability to lead multiple large cross functional projects simultaneously. Demonstrate proactively interaction with customers on quality and productivity issue. PMP certification, Six Sigma certification.
Required Schooling / Training
- Graduate degree.
