What you'll be doing
- Transferring sales calls and processing call-in orders; sales support to sales department, include project. Coordinating process orders and billing for specific customers. Track shipments and backorders. Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Organize service tickets, review and bills. Collecting and collating service tickets prior to invoicing separating, matching and mailing invoices to customers. Communicate with service managers and service technicians. Perform office duties such as answering phones and assisting in different areas when needed.
What your background should be
- Possesses outstanding written, verbal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft office. Moderate billing experience. Ability to be a team player when needed and a self-motivated individual, attention to detail and accuracy is a must. Ability to maintain, develop and facilitate relationships with customers and other contacts outside the department and the organization. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen.
