What you'll be doing
- The Project Coordinator is expected for assisting projects by facilitating project logistics, coordinating project scheduling, tasks, & activities, as well as provides support for various administrative duties. The successful candidate will be chargeable for being a liaison with other business units; maintain project calendars. Researching, compiling and preparing reports as directed; re-examine for dissemination. The person will establish an ongoing knowledge of company's projects that may have impact on the business unit. She/he will organize project meetings, arrange & distribute project agendas, support materials, timelines, meeting minutes, and follow-up action items for group members. Project Coordinator will help in developing project plans and serve as liaison between Administrator, project team members, and stakeholders to fulfill project requirements and track progress.

- 2 years of relevant experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Associate's degree
