What you'll be doing

The Project Coordinator is accountable for organizing, monitoring and following up on all jobs circulating throughout the Agency for his/her account(s). It is the Project Coordinators duty to keep all group members informed of the status of their respective jobs and make sure that all jobs are flowing through the Agency in an organized and efficient manner. Project Coordinator will prepare copies of all disk material for the job jacket and for production. She/he will also schedule and attend pre-mechanical appointments with the studio manager, brand art director and production manager. Moreover the person will maintain accurate files and accurate time sheets.
