What you'll be doing

Work on budgeting, scheduling, post-production management, legal, travel, security and other logistical issues. Confirm that all legal requirements are met (filming notices, appearance and location releases, etc.). Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures are implemented and followed. Act as liaison between production and legal, business affairs, human resources, finance, marketing, publicity, ad sales, and digital teams. Assist with preparation of presentations. Manage all reporting requirements. Manage and update project deliverable list. Problem solve on show issues with producers. Maintain budget. Monitor production process and adjust schedules as needed. Manage attendance trackers for staff. Manage external vendor relationships.

What your background should be

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, production operations and planning, with specific experience in film is preferred. Previous supervisory or leadership experience. Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet search engines. Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree.
