What you'll be doing
- Develop, review, and make recommendations to management regarding personnel procedures. Advise management in legal factors involved in the appointment and promotion process. Interpret and administers all personnel procedures and rules for all staff, including changes and revisions, reports, quarterly management report, and other reports and correspondence and verbal communication. Train and monitor workload of the personnel specialist, personnel receptionist and IDP/performance office technician. Supervise inter-office meetings, prepare performance evaluations and evaluate and approve all staff training. Monitor the status of salary advances, suspended transactions, accounts receivables, and retroactivity report. Perform other duties as assigned.

- The applicant should have experience in related field. Must have multi tasking ability. Basic computer skills. Advanced in Microsoft suits skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication skills.
