What you'll be doing
- Responsible for offer and sell financial product and service (i.e. credit card, CD, loan) to both consumer and small business customer. Routinely work with customer and small business client, to build and deepen relationship by uncovering financial need and recommending the best product, service and solution to meet those need. Ensure the customer need are met by partnering with the appropriate specialist or teammate to serve the customer banking, small business, mortgage and investment need. Help to create an excellent customer experience. Proactively manage risk in every business, product and service transaction leveraging the risk framework. Treat all customer equally and fairly. Adhere to policy and procedure. Stay informed of key priority and business update. Execute sales and service play and process.
What your background should be
- Minimum of one year successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals where routinely met or exceeded defined goals and accountabilities. Minimum of one year of customer service experience. Experience in financial services and prior knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions. Ability to build solid relationships with teammate, business partner and specialist by fostering teamwork, partnership and collaboration. Applies strong critical thinking and problem solving skills to meet customers needs. Demonstrates initiative, a commitment to continuous learning and the ability to adapt to changing demands and requirements. Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong influencing skills. Pass personal banker pre employment assessment.
