What you'll be doing

Personal banker expected to exceed challenging sales and referral goals by proactively selling products and services to customers and referring customers to other areas of the bank. Personal banker sell retail banking products and services to customers and prospects. Manage customer portfolio, services relationships and cross-sells all products and services. Provide broad base of financial and credit services with the goals of acquiring 100% of the customers' business. Develop and maintain relationships with company partners to maximize sales opportunities and achieve minimum sales standards. Handle cash transactions. Every banker has their own scorecard with daily sales and referral goals. Banker have the ability to resolve difficult customer situations effectively while delivering friendly customer service and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

What your background should be

Minimum 1+ year of experience in selling products and services and 1+ year interacting with people or customers is preferred. Demonstrated ability to achieve individual goals. Demonstrated skill in use of computers. Positive approach in interactions with customers and team members. Reliable attendance; excellent communication skills. Ability to work a schedule that includes working weekends and some holidays.
