What you'll be doing
- The ideal candidate will handle ever changing calendars and schedules; daily activities, meetings. The person will be responsible for managing special events and meetings, processing expense reports, making daily to do list with follow up needed and performing clerical duties as required. It is the responsibility of the Personal Assistant to organize administrative process and systems, maintain open lines of communication between principle and group. Will also evaluate household and family office requirements and collaborate with colleagues on special projects. Moreover Personal Assistant will organize meetings and arrange appointments.
