What you'll be doing
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers and potential customers of the store. Look up the parts application of the product in the extensive company parts catalogs or by using the electronic computer catalog in an efficient and accurate manner. Effectively understand and communicate the company product information, performance standards, warranties, invoicing, cash register, electronic communications equipment, and telephone system. Handle daily paperwork and forms generated by customers and the store, including purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and warranty returns etc. Receive training on various aspects of the job. Possess a valid driving license with no DWI convictions within the past four years and not have over three moving violations or two at-fault accidents in the last three years.
