What you'll be doing
- Supervise parts and department staff. Manage all aspects of the parts operation. Maintain high levels of profitability and customer satisfaction. Prioritize and schedule day-to-day activities for department. Assist with technical issues as needed. Ensure all contractual requirements are met. Manage parts inventory. Ensure profitability and customer satisfaction. Monitor and control warranty expenses. Maintain a safe and productive working environment market parts business. Perform other job-related duties and functions as required and assigned.

- Proven leadership, management and supervision skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiar with automotive dealership computer software. Experience as automotive service manager. Valid California driving license. Excellent driving record.
