Outside Sales Representative

What you'll be doing
- The sales representative's primary responsibility is to increase sales revenue. Sales representative will devote 90% of time to sales activities. In this position, you will have a full time driver to help your time more effective in the field. This position will report directly to the director of sales & marketing. Encourage a competitive attitude with the desire to exceed all sales goals. To maintain and maximize current client base to perform continual prospecting: cold calling, following up on leads and referrals, and contacting new offices and personnel in the office of existing customers. Set up and attend appointments to follow up on all sales activity through telephone, email, and personal contact. Update computer system on a daily basis to record what happens at each stop every day to maintain weekly and monthly sales activity reports; meeting regularly (at least weekly) with the director of sales & marketing to discuss current challenges and future sales opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- Ideal candidate have outside/route sales experience. One-year sales experience required. Strong computer skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Informal and formal oral presentation skills. Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
