What you'll be doing
- Problem-solve and troubleshoot daily operational issues, approaching all facets with an analytical, data-driven mindset. Initiate and coordinate processes to ensure qualified applicants join companies personal shopper team. Liaise with personal shoppers to ensure that the company execute on delivery promise to customers. Assist city managers and GM on special projects for continued operating efficiency and growth. Lead and manage companies fleet of personal shoppers to ensure flawless delivery to companies customers. Provide feedback and process improvements to benefit the entire company. Grow skill set and have meaningful impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What your background should be
- A strong academic record. Strong work ethic and drive, high attention to detail, and desire for a high level of ownership. Familiarity with tools of the trade (eg. Excel, Google Drive); SQL is preferred but not required. Top-notch organization skills. Strong critical thinking ability in technical & non-technical issues. Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
