What you'll be doing
- Operational oversight of CDRA systems, IT personnel, and outsource providers, ensuring that systems support needs are understood and meeting customer expectations. Also responsible for ensuring the systems organization scales and plans for growth. Establishes streamlined support process in partnership with IT and QAA. Measures performance of support teams and facilitates continuous improvement of support processes. Responsible to ensure systems and operations are compliant with all internal and regulatory requirements. Ensures that all business leaders feel that this role is directly accountable to them (measured by feedback on performance and satisfaction by those leaders), as it relates to the support of those departments local systems, while staying deeply connected to the corporate IT organization. Participates in the development, modification and implementation of companywide IT practices, and policies and ensures these practices are incorporated into CDRA systems. Manages operations team to support both day-to-day operations, as well as provide support to the development or changes to those systems. Follow ITIL service delivery model to ensure that systems and services are managed in a comprehensive manner including measuring and monitoring for effectiveness and continuous improvement of those services are being delivered. Might be covered by the bullet above but if not contributes to strategic vision and direction of the systems under management and helps to manage the delivery of the strategic objectives.

Required Schooling / Training
- BA/BS degree. MS preferred.
