What you'll be doing
- The client is currently looking for an office representative. As an office representative, the candidate will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote the products including auto, home and life insurance. Provide accurate and friendly customer service; the service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability and eligibility; coverage and policy changes; transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- The candidate should have some experience with sales. Property and casualty license; life and health license are required. Successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas preferred. Strong personal computer skills including sales tools, software and microsoft office suite (excel, power point and word etc.); strong analytical skills are required. Excellent verbal and written communication as well as listening skills preferred.
