Office Manager/Bookkeeper/Personal Assistant

What you'll be doing
- Pay all taxes including meals, state quarterly payments. Transfer of credit card income into appropriate bank accounts. Provide financial reports as requested by owner and/or accountant. Attend quarterly meetings with accountant or as needed. Interact and establish relationships with vendors. Order office supplies and miscellaneous supplies (i.e. coffee mugs, tote bags, etc.). Transport items from warehouse, office or restaurant. Pick up products for restaurant or businesses, marketing with hotels and applicable contacts. Maintain clean, organized office environment. Attend meetings with owner or attend meetings representing owner when owner is unavailable to attend. Maintain large database email list and responsible for constant contacts emails. Assist owner with social media marketing Facebook, Twitter, Four Square, Yelp!, etc.
What your background should be
- Excellent computer skills. Must have full knowledge of all aspects of QuickBooks. Experience working in a fast- paced environment. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
