What you'll be doing

The selected candidate will motivate and train an administrative staff in the fields of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Data Entry and receptionist. Office Manager will manage a budget and maintain location's accounts receivable goal percentages every month. It is the duty of the Office Manager to maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing system; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions. In addition Office Manager will be accountable for maintaining office staff, supporting company operations by managing office systems and maintaining office efficiency and designing office policies by establishing standards and procedures.

What your background should be

3-5 years of office management experience

Required Schooling / Training

4 years college degree

Designs and implements corporate identity uniform programs and provides entrance mats, restroom cleaning and supplies, tile and carpet cleaning, first aid, fire protection products services and document management services.
