What you'll be doing

Greet customers and handle walk-in clients and vendors. Answer and operate phone system. Prepare weekly report & submittal for management. Maintain office efficiency, office supplies and project files. Daily computer data input and reporting. General filing and copying, various administrative tasks as assigned. Uphold the company standards and adhere to the companies core values. Report to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

What your background should be

3+ years of administrative experience. Positive attitude with exceptional verbal and written communications skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments. Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Professional appearance and demeanor.

Required Schooling / Training

4 years degree required.
