What you'll be doing
- This individual will be responsible for management of office upkeep, services, and contractors, welcoming guests, coordinating events, as well as ordering office supplies. Candidate must have an organized individual that will contribute to company office culture and keep things running smoothly will strongly appreciate. Candidate will responsible for maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions. Provide historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records. Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement. Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards and making necessary adjustments.
What your background should be
- Candidate must have ability to organize and communicate your ideas clearly. Applicant who are comfortable with the researching, managing, and scheduling of office services is strongly appreciated. Candidate must have strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.) and experience in managing executive schedules a plus.
