What you'll be doing
- The Office Manager is expected for organizing, coordinating and streamlining office operations, procedures and for managing front desk staff in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The person will be chargeable for coordinating timely servicing of malfunctioning equipment and follow up on results. She/he will conduct company cell phone administration and invoice reconciliation. Also responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities, involving developing and executing programs for the maximum utilization of services and equipment. She/he will arrange internal office moves and coordinate arrangements for office meetings with other administrative assistants.

- 3-5 years of related work experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
