What you'll be doing
- This individual will administer all office support staff with estimating, accounting and administrative functions; work directly with the Area Manager to offer support and assist in the running of a profitable, safe area office; and facilitate excellent communication with client and Teammates. Office Manager will be accountable for designing and implementing office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments. It is the role of the Office Manager to maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

- 5 years of office work experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
