What you'll be doing
- Office Manager will accomplish and file correspondence of the Executive department. The person will reproduce dictated or written materials. She/he will maintain files on a variety of subjects involving mail distribution, news releases. It is the responsibility of the Office Manager to support in the preparation of budgets, prepare expenditure estimates, and collect and organize supporting data. Office Manager will supervise individual accounts within these budgets to track expenditures and to alert responsible parties to potential overspending. In addition the person will organize the preparation, distribution and receipts of bills in a timely fashion.

- 3 years of office management experience

- Associate's degree
