What you'll be doing

This role will provide general administrative, clerical, and/or secretary support to relieve division managers and staff of administrative details. Will be asked to perform routine and non-routine tasks including special projects. May be responsible for scheduling and making arrangements for meetings, for researching and securing requested information, compiling and proofing various reports. Will be asked to notes in meetings and to keep certain information confidential. Will order office supplies, distribute mail, respond to customer/client/employee inquiries. Will assist staff with travel arrangements and expense reimbursement submittals. Will interact with other support staff and departments to gather, supply or coordinate information. Will be asked to order food for meetings and plan events for office. Will be asked to request video teleconferencing (VTC) sessions and setup VTC for meetings. Will handle on-boarding and off-boarding activities for managers. Will maintain company division account summary spreadsheet by working closely with JLL facility manager. Will work with facilities management (JLL) to address heating/cooling, kitchen build-outs and mailroom support and catering vendors.
